Catch the Wave

by Andrew Shier, Hancock, NH « contact Andrew »   Having had the privilege of remembering the art of Attunement, we know to some extent how to live in a Flow. Over the years and particularly in recent days, we have let go and let go again, to finally arrive in an ecstatic space of quiet within. Waves of insight and inspiration gain our attention here. I hear “now is the time.” For instance, I witness many of my friends moving geographically from homes and areas where they have lived for many years. My daughter is moving from her home

One with the Wind

Christopher Foster has a rich Attunement background and writes his own blog – The Happy Seeker. He recently published the following poem on his blog. If you would like to comment, please do so directly on his website (by clicking here) so that he will see it and be able to reply.   Author’s note:  I wrote this poem long ago while living in the Cariboo, a beautiful, forested plateau in the interior of British Colombia. The wind that stirs in these dark Cariboo forests last week may have crossed the steppes of Asia and blown a girl’s scarf

Covid-19 and Me

by Erin Rivers – Mission, KS « contact Erin »   After the recent Kansas City Attunement Session Zoom call where Donna Jorgensen presented the message from White Eagle, a Hopi Indigenous, I spent some time thinking about and holding in Attunement, my students. I teach high school in a Kansas City suburb. We speak of hope a lot in high school, and what we can accomplish, but very little prepared me for the scope of what Covid-19 would ask for – both from me and from the community which I serve. We began the school year remotely. I was

Handling Anxiety and Virus Concerns

by Chris Jorgensen, Gladstone, MO « contact Chris »   Working with the current virus pandemic can be challenging to say the least. Over the last six months I have shared Attunement with four people who experienced the virus symptoms. I shared long-distance Attunement with two individuals who were quarantined at home after being diagnosed with the coronavirus, and worked with two clients who recovered from the virus yet were still working with the residual physical consequences. This is not a lot of experience working with the coronavirus so if you have some experience and can add to this blog

Drumming – Oneness – Grace – Attunement

by Steve Lange, Selma, IN « contact Steve »   I have been living at the Oakwood Retreat Center since 1991. It is my spiritual home, where I share Attunement and it is where I discovered drumming. I love living in community, especially in the spirit this setting offers. We have numerous visitors who come to Oakwood for retreats and group activities from different parts of the United States, so it gives me and everyone else living here an opportunity to meet many different types of people. I really enjoy this sense of larger service. In the early nineties, five

Radiant Thinking and Feeling

Excerpt from a talk by Martin Cecil (Exeter) « November 24, 1974 »   It is not at all difficult to see the disintegration of the civilized world which is occurring in these days. Most people are aware of it, even though there is the usual human tendency to avoid facing the fact as far as possible. This is partly because nobody can see what to do about it; therefore they look for something to distract the attention… We have recognized something of the reality which is symbolized by fire – Love. Love transmutes, just as fire does in symbol.

Creating a New World

by Chris Jorgensen, Gladstone, MO « contact Chris »   In a recent IAAP teleconference call shared with Cliff Roberts on the theme of “Let the Radiation Do the Work”, we considered the idea of using the mind and feeling realm (heart) in a new way. In the attunement process, a Practitioner is sharing his or her radiation of Love with another person or the energy of a particular circumstance or situation. The Attunement radiation flows out through the heart and mind to surround what is being addressed. Love is present and the influence of Love is now in the
