Many years ago, at an Attunement Retreat at Oakwood Center in Indiana, Paul Price led the group in an endocrine Attunement. We partnered up and Paul began at the pineal, explaining that he often said the name of the gland, either out loud or silently, followed by the Spirit of that gland. So as he began to radiate he said, “Pineal – the Spirit of Love”. Then, “Pituitary – the Spirit of the Womb”, and so on.
That resonated with me – naming the gland and its Spirit definitely gave a new quality to my radiation. From that moment on, every endocrine attunement I offered contained that element of increased focus and awareness.
Eventually I started to add another element to my endocrine Attunements. I began to imagine the current of Love as it connected with the human form at the pineal and journeyed all the way through the endocrine system, differentiating along the way like light through a prism. At each gland I began to add the words, “This is where Love _____”, filling in the blank with whatever came to me in the moment. The words changed with each gland as I listened for what particular experience Love expressed at that Seal. The words also changed over time as my day-to-day perception was not static.
I had never shared this with other Practitioners until I shared it with the group at Jeffrey Goldstein’s recent Attunement Weekend here in Kansas City. And then I felt the urge and encouragement to share it with the wider Attunement community.
So here is an element to consider the next time you share an endocrine Attunement. Speak (out loud or silently) the name of the gland and its Spirit, and add the words, “this is where Love _____”, and see what comes to you in the moment. Here are the words that are currently expressing what I’m feeling. Tomorrow they may be slightly different.
Pineal.
The Spirit of Love.
This is where Love connects.
Pituitary.
The Spirit of the Womb.
This is where Love creates.
Thyroid.
The Spirit of Life.
This is where Love finds its voice.
Thymus.
The Spirit of Purification.
The cross-over point between the invisible and the visible.
This is where Love transmutes.
I always add in a heart-thymus Attunement at this point.
This is where Love radiates.
Islets of Langerhans.
The Spirit of Blessing.
This is where Love blesses its creation.
Adrenals.
The Spirit of the Single Eye.
This is where Love comes to focus.
Gonads.
The Spirit of the New Earth.
This is where Love co-creates and blesses the Earth.
The words that come to you in the moment will be your own perception, and may also change from time to time, as they have for me. The important thing is the Attunement. I encourage you to share an endocrine Attunement each day, with yourself or another. This truly is Love’s journey through the human form and into the larger world.

Thank you for sharing this, Tom! I don’t think I have proper words to express my appreciation. But consciously adding focused words does expand the experience of the attunement, reaches into its essences, in a different way. I’m not sure how else to put it but I hold it, and will practice it, with great tenderness and care.
As we gain a more visceral care for Attunement after Jeffrey’s Enlivening tour I hope to be brought to a daily resonance to this sacred Art.
