Welcome to The IAAP Global Attunement Conference.

IAAP hosts  bi-monthly conferences open to all who are interested.  Each conference has a specific topic and is hosted and focused by one or more Attunement Practitioners. This recording features the presentation and wrap-up portions of the event.   The topic this month is “Thankfulness“, focused by Andrew Shier.

Introduction

In his booklet entitled, “The Triune Ray”, Uranda describes in depth the purpose of divine men and women for being on this garden planet. He makes the strong point that it is not enough to simply know about the truth, but that it needs to be expressed. Six chapters are devoted to this beautiful and profound opportunity that awaits everyone. And then in the last chapter he gives the key on how to do this; “Give thanks always for all things, in all conditions.”

Of late, I have enjoyed exploring what being thankful looks like in my living. In Bend, OR recently, attending my nephew’s wedding, seventeen family members stayed in an Airbnb with relatively few bathrooms! One morning the cacophony of noise in the Living room was off the charts. I was actually ready to scream. A voice inside said, “Andrew – be thankful.” Sure enough something in me relaxed. After a few moments, that voice asked,” what can you give?” I got up, and went to the kitchen and did the dishes. Did the noise go away? No. However a beautiful space opened within, with a profound stillness.

I feel thankful to know this place within that we on this call refer to as the Holy Place. It is an aspect of our very Being. There is information that resides there…in this case, “go do the dishes.” And I would say that the essences of many things to come reside there as well. There must be space within to hear these promptings. There are many old subconscious patterns that are surfacing; some personal and some worldly…a bit of a cacophony. They are being pushed to the surface to be let go of. But more loudly is a resounding Tone that all is well; uncomfortable at times, of course.

How can we hold the effects of actions represented by wars, greed, raping of the environment, and disrespect for human life? I am called to lift my view. From here I feel a Presence holding it all, just as it held my impulse to scream. I am thankful for my relationship with the Great Spirit; I in Thee and Thou in me.

Everything is being made new in this era we currently find ourselves in. Give thanks for all things, in all conditions.
