Attunement is a lifestyle, not just another modality. I remember Uranda saying something to that effect while watching a video presentation at one of the Attunement Seminars. I have tried to live that idea – I have tried to attune my world, sometimes with more success than other times, but always with the idea that “home” is within the flow. With that being said, I thought I would share an experience of staying within the flow and how it allowed abundance to manifest for me.
This last year has been a year with a series of unexpected expenses. I had two large trees fall, both of them needing to be removed; a sewer pipe break, needing replacement; some major car work done, and some major animal surgery completed (my dog blew both knees out). Life happens, and I have been incredibly blessed to have had the resources to have been able to handle these occurrences with grace and equanimity. They have, however, forced me to be on a bit of a budget.
I have been making quite a bit of headway into paying off these debts, but I needed just a little more income as I lose some income as a teacher when summer comes. I meditated. I envisioned. I applied for summer teaching positions, but as June approached, I heard nothing. Remarkably, I was unconcerned. I felt like it would just work out – as a friend of mine used to say often, “All will be well.”
Remarkably- although as an Attunement Practitioner, not so remarkably- I received a call to teach an evening class just a few days before the summer session would begin. The compensation more than makes up for what I had felt I needed, and this is a class I had taught, so the preparation was not burdensome.
For me, this is an example of Everyday Attunement. This is living into the grace of what Attunement is. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of this community, and grateful for all that Attunement has, and continues to teach.
Erin,
